You will be working as a maintenance tech at an apartment complex in Seattle.    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responding to residents’ requests for maintenance and repair, ensuring requests are fulfilled promptly and competently Ordering parts and supplies as necessary to maintain inventory Performing daily inspections of the property as well as maintenance and upkeep duties as necessary to maintain safety, comfort, and aesthetics.   REQUIREMENTS: ●         Successful completion of application process ●         Reliable Transportation ●        Must have your own tools   Position is a Temp to Perm. 

An overnight shift cleaning around red rocks and then sorting the recycling at the end of the night. 

Helping with commercial and residential new builds and remodeling existing buildings. Demo and clean up.
