Pay: $25/hr. 

Schedule: Monday - Friday ( 8am to 5pm )

Weekly Pay 

Our client in Beaverton is looking to add a Office Administrator to their team. This is a great opportunity for hard-working, reliable individuals looking to grow in an industrial environment.

This is a TEMP-TO-HIRE position. * Interview Required *

Duties:

Administrative Support -

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing timely and professional responses.
  • Maintain accurate records, including client information, project details, and financial transactions including working with Insurances.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for department staff.
  • Assist in drafting and proofreading correspondence, reports, and other documents.

Project Management Assistance -

  • Collaborate with project managers to create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
  • Procure materials, equipment, and services necessary for project completion, negotiating pricing and terms when necessary.
  • Track project expenses and generate reports for budget analysis and forecasting.

Customer Service -

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and empathy.
  • Coordinate with field personnel to schedule appointments, inspections, and service calls, ensuring prompt and efficient service delivery.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Office Management -

  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment, ordering supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Oversee the handling and filing of departmental documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new employees, providing training and support as necessary.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
  • Discretion and trustworthiness when handling confidential information.
