TCS NEEDED - MUST BE CERTIFIED!

• Traffic control devices: Setting up, maintaining, and removing traffic control devices, such as channelizing devices, cones, and signs
• Traffic routing: Creating traffic routing plans that comply with regulations
• Flagging: Coordinating flagging duties and controlling traffic with a stop/slow paddle
• Work zone safety: Maintaining the safety of the work zone and ensuring that all teams follow safety protocols
• Communication: Communicating with customers, onsite personnel, and supervisors
• Training: Providing on-the-job training and mentoring to flaggers
• Scheduling: Scheduling and ensuring sufficient staffing coverage
• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with quality assurance and control procedures
