We are currently looking for experienced Forklift operators in the Tacoma and surrounding areas. If you have experience with stand up / sit down reach lifts, and Hysters we encourage you to apply! Pay can range from $18.00 - $24.00 pr / hr depending on experience.
*Responsibilities:*
- Equipment pre-safety check
- Safely and accurately load freight
- Safely and accurately unload freight
- Staging and storing product in proper location
- Inspect inbound shipments for accurate orders and damaged good; noting such on BOL
- Assist in managing space in warehouse
- Performing cycle counts if needed
- Assist in maintaining a clean warehouse as needed
- Pulling product and loading vehicles for customer pick ups
- Following department policies and procedures to maintain safety standards
*Required Skills and Experience:*
- Proven warehouse experience
- Forklift certification preferred but not required.
- Recent forklift experience of 1 - 2 years preffered.
- Order Picker experience preferred
- Attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds as needed.
- Ability to work extended hours and some Saturdays during busy season
